Hi there, I’m Melinda.

I believe deeply that healing happens when you feel truly seen, heard, and accepted for exactly who you are.

I'm a Registered Social Worker with over twenty years of counselling experience. My background in neurology has taught me how beautifully interconnected our minds and bodies are, and how understanding your nervous system can foster a more regulated way of being, transforming how you move through the world.

What makes me different isn't just my credentials, though they matter. It's the rich tapestry of my own life experience – the roles I've tended to, the challenges I've navigated, and the wisdom I've gathered. I have appreciation for all experiences – joyful, difficult, and everything in between – and this provides a unique perspective that often has my clients say, 'I hadn't actually thought of it like that before.'

And that’s the moment. The shift.

One of my goals is to support you in accessing all the parts that feel aligned while creating a shift in how you see both your past and present experiences, and your future view for yourself.
